The small town of Bela Nombre, Washington, has a population of 1,539. It is located along the shore directly across the bay from the Olympic Penninsula, and is known for the beautiful Eaz Forest and shoreline along Tilicend Beach, both located approximately two and a half miles from town, in an area known as the Outskirts.

Bela Nombre's beauty, however, attracts some for other reasons. With the forest's rolling, dense fogbanks and natural camouflage, and the expansive, labyrinth-like Pocker Caverns, Bela Nombre and the surrounding area provide plenty of cover for those who might prefer to go unnoticed. The outskirts are shrouded in mystery -- as is the town -- and though some are there to protect, there are still others there for an entirely different reason.
